I have over 100 fps in For Honor with overclocked fx 6300 and 1070 so this doesn't sound right..

If they are the same price the 1070. If the 1070 is 450 and the 980ti is say 350 get the 980ti. I have a friend that just got a evga gtx 980ti classified for $300 if you can find that take it.
