NVIDIA ’s xx60 cards have always been defined by mid-range prices with performance that knocks on the door of high-end graphics cards – especially when overclocked. After taking the time to fully test the Ada Lovelace graphics card inside the RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB, we can say without a doubt that it continues the trend.
Spec for spec, this RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB leapfrogs its direct predecessor, the RTX 3060 Ti, by boasting 7 % more fps. Fortunately, gaming performance was quite impressive. The RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB consistently delivers great frame rate increases over the RTX 3060 Ti and it really justifies an upgrade.
For 1080p Full HD, we were able to play Forspoken, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Atomic Heart, Halo Infinite, Cyberpunk 2077 at 69 fps to 77 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 72 fps. For 1440p Quad HD, we were able to play Red Dead Redemption 2, A Plague Tale: Requiem, F1 22, Dying Light 2, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart at 65 fps to 65 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 65 fps.
For 2160p 4K, we were able to play Gears of War 5, Need For Speed: Heat, God of War, Forza Horizon 5, Resident Evil 2 at 62 fps to 69 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 64 fps.
The good news is, with the release of the RX 6800 XT, the RX 6800 's price is getting more discount. The RX 6800 is much more expensive than the RX 5700 as it costs a whopping $ 579. Compare this to the RX 5700, AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, which came originally at a price of $ 349, $ 399. Meanwhile, the NVIDIA closest equivalent card is the RTX 3070 which costs $ 499.

For 2160p 4K, we were able to play Far Cry 6, Total War: Warhammer III, Guardians of the Galaxy, Battlefield 2042, Gears of War 5 at 61 fps to 65 fps and kept frame rates hovering around 63 fps.
