intel core 2 quad and gt 9600 upgradeI have got an old pc with an intel core 2 quad and a nvidia gt 9600. I'm looking for upgrades to do, it will be a project so i wont spend a lot of money at once. I was looking at the amd fx 6300 and a 270x or 280xin the netherlands a 270x costs around 160 euros and a 280x 270 euros. wich one would be the best choice for performance and future upgrade?also what would be the best choise first to upgrade the cpu or the gpu? because i would want to keep gaming in the mean time and wich would give me the best performance?

270x most certainly for a year on high. Even more if you drop the settings later. But noone can tell precisely, depends on a specific game. Q6600 is a decent cpu, especially when overclocked to 3 GHz. On a solid air cooler (required for oc) and a quality power supply of at least 550w (a must) you would have no issues at all gaming with the 270x, even 280x.As I told you before, I have nearly the same hardware. Granted, I installed 8GB of memory, but still... No issues at all.
